You’ll be equipped with sit-on-top kayaks, paddles, lifejackets, headlamps, and some fun glow sticks to help illuminate your way once the sun goes down. After learning the basics of paddling and water safety, you’ll soon be cruising through the river’s calm waters like a pro!
Immerse yourself in breathtaking views of the Daniel Hoan Memorial Bridge as the sun begins to dip below the horizon. Feel like you’re paddling through a rainbow of colors as shades of orange, yellow, and pink reflect across the water and fill the sky. Your guide will point out some of Milwaukee’s most iconic landmarks as you pass by countless waterfront businesses and float underneath several city bridges.
After the sun goes down, navigate your way back to the launch site under a blanket of stars and city lights.

Bring your adventurous spirit, light layers, and a small towel in case you get wet.

Please wear comfortable clothing, yoga pants, swimsuit, light layered clothing and flip flops, water shoes or shoes you don’t mind getting wet. Please dress appropriately for expected weather conditions and paddling on the river.
