With help from your expert instructor, you’ll make 3 different rolls: two sushi uramaki rolls (rice on the outside, seaweed on the inside) and a Cucumber temaki roll. You’ll also discover how to cook and prepare sushi rice that’s perfect every time.
Each roll features only the finest fish and sustainable ingredients. You’ll even learn how to source your own sushi-grade fish, so you can continue making delicious rolls from home. Once your masterpieces are complete, there’s nothing left to do but dig in!
