Your hands-on lesson kicks off in a unique venue. From local restaurants and bars to private studios, you’ll learn how to cook in a fun and lively environment. Plus, all ingredients and equipment are included. So, all you have to bring is your appetite.
First, your expert instructor will introduce you to the basics of selecting the freshest ingredients, preparing seasoned rice, and rolling like a pro. Then, you’ll create and assemble three different kinds of sushi:
- California roll with nori, crab meat, avocado and cucumber
- Spicy shrimp roll with nori, avocado, cucumber, and optional chili sauce
- Creamy salmon roll with nori, cream cheese, and cucumber
