Are there any restrictions to participate?
Individual participants must weigh less than 315 lbs. The combined weight limit for 2 passengers is 600 lbs, and the combined weight limit for 3 passengers is 700 lbs.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the booked date and time. Once you are within 72 hours prior to your booked date and time, you may only reschedule and no cancellations are permitted. Failure to appear on your booked date or to rescheduling according to these terms will result in the loss of the value of the certificate. In the case that the event is postponed due to inclement weather, as determined by the experience provider, you may reschedule directly with the experience provider.
