Your 90-minute tour will start when you meet up with your professional guide in the heart of Charleston's Haunted Historic District. Walk past the city’s oldest building, the Pink House, and learn about its seedy history. Before moving on, snap a few photos of the house’s windows. You just never know who might show up.
Next, follow your guide to the city’s infamous haunted Exchange Building. Built in the late 1700s, this iconic structure is said to house a number of poltergeists. You might feel a shiver run down your spine as your guide shares reports of dancing orbs, cold spots, and full-body apparitions.
Explore even more eerie locations before making your way to the Powder Magazine. Known as one of the smallest haunted buildings in Charleston, this structure was originally built by British colonists to house guns and ammunition. This tour focuses on building exteriors and outdoor spaces. Occasionally business owners welcome groups inside, but this can't be guaranteed. Businesses and public places are open for you to visit during regular business hours.

On average, this tour visits between 6-8 haunted locations.
