What a fun experience! Charlies was amazing; knowledgeable, engaging and amusing. We fed and engaged with the animals. Holding, petting, and learning about many of the farm happenings. We milked Hazel and discussed all things dairy. She then invited us into her home where we taste tested some of the most amazing products produced on her farm. Charlie and her family are lovely hosts, the experience was amazing! Forget dinner and a movie, go see Charlie at her farm, for your next date or friend adventure! -

This WHOLE experience was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Charlie has easily become one of my favorite people I have ever met. She was so fun, knowledgeable, and so encouraging while my husband and I went through the whole process. Not only was it a cow milking experience but you got to spend time with all of the animals on the farm including goats, chickens, ducks, and a really nice goose! My husband and I went there as a gift from our wedding registry as an earlymoon experience going up to our wedding and it was quite literally the best decision we ever made. At the end of the experience, you get to drink the milk from the cows on the farm, eat banana bread from Charlie's sourdough starter with butter made from the cows, ice cream, yogurt, and they have a bunch of little goodies you can also purchase in addition. We recommend anyone who is interested in homesteading or learning more about farm life to book this experience for themselves or someone they know because you will not be disappointed!

Experience authentic farm life as you enjoy a 2-hour tour around an animal paradise. Begin with a stroll around the homestead, where you can spend time getting to know the animals, petting, brushing, feeding, or just hanging out with them. Learn what the animals like to eat and how the owners care for them.
Then it’s your turn to do some farm work of your own. Get ready to milk a cow! You can choose to milk by hand or use the machine, doing as much as you’re comfortable with. After the milking is done, you’ll learn how to strain and cool the milk.

Returns
