Forest Bathing is simply a guided walk through nature. On this 2.5-hour stroll, you will join your certified forest therapy guide on a leisurely walk along a gentle trail or path. Through a series of invitations, your guide will lead you through mindfulness practices that are designed to connect you more to the world around you as well as to your inner landscapes.
As you immerse yourself in the forest environment, you’ll have opportunities to invite healing for yourself, your ecosystem, and your community. Focus on being present in the moment and enjoying all the wonderful gifts that nature has to offer. Then finish off your experience with a calming tea ceremony and snacks.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!Mid March - October:

What To Wear
Do I need a swimsuit?
No. You’ll be immersing yourselves in the restorative forest atmosphere and aren’t bathing in the traditional rubber-ducky-in-the-bathtub sense. On warm days, you might have the opportunity to dip your feet in a mountain stream – and a rain shower is always possible – but you can otherwise expect not to get wet.
