In the spring and summer months, your class takes place in a lush green field where you can enjoy watching baby goats frolic through the grass. In the winter, you’ll get cozy in a covered barn heated by a wood stove, keeping you warm and protected from the cold winds outside. The scene is set for a calm, restorative, and playful session of stretching out your body, mind, and soul!
This class is designed for all experience levels, so beginners can enjoy a memorable first course in basic yoga. An expert yogi will lead you through each pose, answering questions and offering any assistance that is needed. The best part? You’ll share the studio with adorable goats! Don’t be surprised if these curious critters hop over to say hello, ask for pets, or lie down beside you as you bend and twist. Of course, you’re welcome to give them a snuggle in between poses!
