When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!Year-Round:
Monday through Thursday - 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturday - 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Sunday - 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

What is virtual reality?
Virtual Reality, or VR, is a new form of video entertainment. Virtual reality allows the player to actually enter the world and be fully immersed in it. You are no longer watching a game, you are inside it!
What is the accessibility of this experience?
This experiences takes place in an ADA compliant facility. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to try VR!
Can I wear glasses/contacts while playing VR?
Yes, you can. Each headset piece is adjustable so that it allows a comfortable and secure fit for all users with or without glasses.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellations will be allowed prior to the experience. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
