This unique, 2.5-hour workshop begins when you meet up with your experience provider in the Upper West Side! Your guide, Marla Bosworth, is a master chandler with over 25 years of experience creating natural candles and plant-based products. In this fun candle making class, she will guide you through exploring different scents and creating your very own soy and coconut wax candles.
You’ll blend fragrances and pick colors while learning about the ins and outs of natural candle making. Discover how to determine which wax is right for you, how to create safe candles, and how to incorporate color. If you're interested in selling candles, you'll also learn about candle testing, labeling requirements, resources for packaging, and much more.
Create and take home your very own candles in beautiful, 11 oz. glass containers. Every time you light your gorgeous candles, you'll remember the wonderful time you had creating them!
