Is this tour handicap accessible?
Because of the hike over sand and rocks and the stairs going into the canyon, this tour is not recommended for anyone who has mobility issues. It is strongly recommended that participants be able to walk unassisted and are in reasonably good physical condition.
How much walking will we do?
The hike to Horseshoe Bend Overlook is a 1.5-mile roundtrip (2.4 km) hike over sand and rocks.
