When Do I Choose A Date?

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information

All participants must be minimum 18 years old to drive
All minors must be at least 12 years old and ride as a passenger with an adult at least 25 years old
Complimentary round-trip transportation from the Las Vegas strip to the base camp is available
The Polaris RZR has two seats for choice of single or shared drives and are outfitted with radio equipped helmets, automatic transmissions, race-inspired suspension and top-of-the-line equipment
No off-road driving experience is necessary

Weather Dependent

This experience is weather dependent. Always contact your experience provider in the event of inclement weather. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given the option to reschedule for a mutually agreeable date or be issued a rain certificate.

What To Wear

Weather appropriate active wear that will be comfortable under your driver's suit, and closed-toed shoes. No sandals, flip-flops or heels.

Is this a guided tour?

Yes, this is a guided tour through some of the most scenic terrain surrounded Las Vegas.

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes, participants must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license to drive. Passengers must be at least 14 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

Is transportation available from the Las Vegas strip?

Yes, complimentary transportation is available to and from the Las Vegas strip.

Are the RZR's easy to drive?

Yes, the Polaris RZR XP 1000 has the newest technology including all-wheel drive and electronic power steering. They are easy to drive for beginners.

Are restrooms available during the tour?

Restroom facilities will not be available during the tour but they will be available before and after your guided tour.

Can I purchase photos or videos?

Yes, professional photos and videos will be available to purchase directly from the experience provider.

Can I bring a camera or Go Pro?

Participants are allowed to take photos throughout the tour. Go Pro or video recorders are not allowed in the RZR or to the helmets due to an exclusive relationship with an in-car video systems supplier.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
