Explore Minneapolis from the Mississippi River in an out-and-back kayak paddle through the historic heart of the city!
A tandem kayak allows you to share this wonderful experience with a partner, friend, or family member. You will receive a brief paddle and safety demonstration before you launch your kayak from Boom Island marina, just northeast of downtown.
Your guide will take you upriver, under several old and new bridges, and towards the old Port of Minneapolis. The return journey is with the current and provides one of the most distinctive skyline views from anywhere in town. You will have an opportunity to take some awesome photos. The tour ends with a visit to Bassett Creek lagoon or to the top of St Anthony Falls. Travel down the river and back in time as you learn about the history and folklore of this wonderful place.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!July through October:
