After choosing your adventure, you’ll kick things off with a briefing of the mission from your Game Master. Once locked in, you'll have just 60 minutes to escape. Race against the clock as you work together as a team using your intelligence and intuition to solve challenging puzzles, decipher cryptic codes, and unlock the clues that will open the door.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!Year-Round:
Wednesday through Friday - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

What To Wear
Is there an age limit?
All ages are welcome. However, effective play usually starts at 5 years of age. The escape rooms are great for birthday parties!
Is the escape room handicap accessible?
Yes! All escape rooms have handicap access throughout the room.
What happens if we can’t escape?
The time will run down, and you will be able to exit the room. Prior to doing so, one of the provider’s team members will enter the room and reveal your remaining steps, if you wish to know them.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. No refunds are allowed once you have scheduled a date. Rescheduling is subject to a rescheduling fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule in advance will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
