When Do I Choose A Date?

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information

The total weight of both participants must be less than 450 lbs. No individual can weigh over 300 lbs.
Children 4 years old and younger that will be sitting on an adult's lap are free of charge, but must be noted at the time of booking
All participants 5 years and older need to have a full-priced ticket
Please make a note at the time of booking if you are interested in seeing a specific landmark, the pilot will try to accommodate your request
Gratuity is included in the cost of this experience

Duration

30, 45, or 60 minute flight, depending on the option selected. Please note that flight time is calculated from engine start to engine stop. This includes the time it takes to get from the ramp to the runway and back, before takeoff and landing.

Weather Dependent

This experience is weather dependent but will run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions. In the event of a weather cancellation, your pilot will work with you to reschedule your experience.

What To Wear

Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. The aircraft is equipped with heating for winter, but there is no A/C in the summer months.

Is the pilot certified?

Yes, you will be flying with a fully certified commercial pilot. The experience provider's pilots have over 20,000 hours of combined experience.

Is there an age requirement for this tour?

This tour will use either a Cessna 172 or a Piper Archer.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience with the experience provider directly. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
