About Your Instructor Tony Day:
Tony has been a PGA Class A Professional for over 29 years and has been with the Golf Club of Indiana for over 20 years. Tony is listed on Golf Digest Top Golf instructors list of Indiana. Throughout the years, Tony has been able to gain experience in teaching and club fitting by observing some of America's greatest teachers. He has been fortunate enough to mentor under Mickey Powell, former President of the PGA and current Director of Operations Jeff Rubenstein.
Tony's real passion lies in teaching golf and club-fitting which he has done full time since 1999. Whether you are a seasoned veteran, week-end golfer or a novice, let Tony work with you on your journey to learn the game of a lifetime.

Will my lesson be with a famous professional golfer like Phil Mickelson or Sergio Garcia?
No, your lesson will not be with a famous golfer from the professional tour. Rather, your lesson will be with a qualified instructor who has received his Class A certification from the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA).
What is a PGA Class A Professional?
The golf instructor has been certified by the Professional Golf Association (PGA) as Class A professionals. In order to receive a PGA Class A, the instructor must have completed a multi-year series of work, study and training in every aspect of golf, must pass an aptitude test, and must maintain expertise through continuing education programs.
What will the lesson focus on?
This is a customized lesson for golfers of all levels, from beginners to experienced golfers looking to hone their skills. Areas of instruction may include driving, putting, chipping, proper body alignment, grip, posture, ball position, swing mechanics and more.
