Your 8-hour tour will begin when you meet up with your professional guide in Kahului. Hop aboard a luxurious, air-conditioned vehicle and get ready for an unforgettable day! Once everyone has boarded, your experienced driver will masterfully take you up the Road to Hana. Featuring over 600 curves, this iconic road is one of the most stunning drives on Earth.
First, step inside the magical bamboo forest. Explore a maze of lush forest and marvel at the area’s collection of rainbow trees. Travel to the beautiful Ke’anae Peninsula before stopping in at a banana bread shop and the Wailua Open Valley.
Next stop, Wai’anapanapa State Park, and the famous Black Sand Beach! Walk along tree-lined paths, across black beaches, and past remarkable volcanic formations. After 90 minutes of exploring, make your way to Hana Bay where you can choose to purchase yourself lunch from one of the many local food trucks.
Before bidding the Road to Hana adieu, you’ll make one more stop at Ho’okipa Beach Park. Popular with windsurfers, this beach is also a resting place for sea turtles. See if you can spot one of these scaly critters scuttling across the beach or swimming in the ocean waves.
