In just 2 hours, you'll master the art of gnocchi making – from crafting the perfect dough to cooking each piece, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine!
First, carefully roll and cut your dough into beautiful, pillow-shaped dumplings. Then, you’ll pleat each piece before boiling them to perfection. For the grand finale, you’ll smother your creations in a classic vodka sauce.
