Unfortunately, the is the 2nd chance that I give this company. Last year they canceled the tour and this year was a complete disappointment. Fool me twice shame on you.We booked a bioluminescent trip but didn't see any. So we basically paid money to go kayaking at 11pm. To me this is not only a scam but bad business practice. If you know that the only months were the bioluminescent is visible is June and July please let the consumer know. The guides were kind enough to apologize to us and they told us that this should not run in September because you can't see anything.

Guide was great. Picture was deceiving - the water is opaque black, not crystal blue, so you cannot see into the water. Luckily the guide knows what he’s doing and took us to the manatee mating area so we saw them pop up occasionally. It was overall a nice experience. Recommend doing early morning not mid day as it is super hot in that water.
