I would highly recommend this experience! The zoo keepers are very knowledgeable and share lots of fun facts with you! They are very passionate about the capybaras which is great to see! You can ask any questions you want and you get to just feed and pet these magnificent animals! I would love to go again and again!

What To Wear
Can I take pictures?
Yes, you are welcome to take photos during the encounter.
Will I get to hold the Capybara?
No. However, during the animal encounter, participants will be able to feed, pet and take their own photos of the animals while a trainer shares facts about the animal and their unique personality.
Returns

Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
