During this 3-hour Intro to Italian Cooking Class is full of fresh ingredients and a fun-filled environment for everyone. Whether you love to cook five-course meals or prefer take-out, this class is enjoyable for all!Wondering what’s on the menu? This cooking class includes: homemade vino, tomato basil bruschetta, tuscan white bean soup, pasta sun dry tomato alfredo, five mother sauces, and fresh berries sabayon. You’ll come hungry and leave happy.
You’ll be learning from Chef Baba (Chef Andrew N. Bennardo), an award-winning chef with dual degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and Florida International University’s School of Hospitality and Management. He’s trained at the best hotels and restaurants in Europe and South Florida. His training has inspired local restaurants, including Bennardo’s Ristorante, Delray Beach, Giancarlo Brick Oven, and Talia’s Tuscan Table, Boca Raton. His Nonna taught him to cook.. and now he’s sharing the fine art of Italian cuisine with the world.
