Your lesson kicks off in a unique venue. From local restaurants and bars to private studios, you’ll learn how to cook in a fun and lively environment. Plus, all ingredients and equipment are included. So, all you have to bring is your appetite!
First, your expert instructor will teach you how to make, build, and wrap gorgeous Mongolian dumplings. Fill each dumpling with a delicious blend of beef, scallions, shoyu, and garlic before cooking them like a pro.
Then, whip up an incredible (and perfectly crispy) batch of wontons with pork, garlic, hoisin, chili crunch, and scallions. For the final touch, you’ll stir together a flavorful garlic dipping sauce. You’ll fall in love at first bite!
