When Do I Choose A Date?

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Participants must be at least 16 years of age with a parent or guardian present
Alcohol is not included and can be purchased by participants who are 21+ with valid ID
Canvas, paint, brushes, apron, easels and instruction are included

What To Wear

Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on; an apron will be provided.

What type of food or beverages are available for purchase?

Small snacks such as pretzels, chips, cookies and chocobars are available at the studio. Non-alcoholic beverages available include soda, juices, tea, chai, hot chocolate and coffee. Alcoholic beverages include wines (by the glass or bottle) or micro brews and domestic beers.

May I bring my own drinks?

No, Colorado law prohibits you from bringing your own drinks.

What size canvas will I be provided to paint on?

You'll be provided a 16 x 20 canvas.Other size options are available for an additional fee.

Is this experience wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is equipped with wheelchair accessible restrooms. Although the front of the building does require steps, there is a second entrance on the side that allows easy wheelchair access.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and have received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given however you may reschedule your class for another date with at least 72 hours notice to your experience provider. There will be a $10 administrative fee for rescheduling.
