In just 2 hours, you’ll learn how to fill, roll, and cut stunning sushi. With help from your expert instructor, you’ll make three different rolls: spicy tuna temaki, California, and a futomaki vegetarian roll. You’ll also discover how to cook and prepare sushi rice that’s perfect every time.
Each roll features only the finest fish and sustainable ingredients. You’ll even learn how to source your own sushi-grade fish, so you can continue making delicious rolls from home. Once your masterpieces are complete, there’s nothing left to do but dig in!
