What can I expect on this tour?
You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local tour guides. The goal is to have an amazing time while exploring San Francisco and Alcatraz Island!
What should I bring?
Extra spending money for meals, snacks, souvenirs etc., a light waterproof jacket, camera, water bottle, warm, layered clothing, comfortable shoes, hat and sunscreen, and a sturdy umbrella (if the forecast calls for rain).
Are there restrooms on board the vehicles?
Tour vehicles currently do do not have any restroom facilities. You will make several stops throughout the tour should you require a restroom.

Why do I need to bring a booster seat for my child?
According to California State Law, children must be seated in the rear seat of a vehicle in an appropriate car seat or booster seat until they are 8 years old or 4’9″ tall. You must provide a booster seat for any children that do not meet these requirements. Renting options may be available.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 10 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 10 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
