Discover a whole new way to practice yoga when you take to the water on this exciting 90-minute Private Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga Lesson for up to three people. Enjoy an individual one-on-one session or make it a group lesson for you and a friend or two.
You may choose to meet in the ocean or in the privacy of your own swimming pool (so long as the conditions are suitable). And don’t worry about finding your balance. If you’re a brand-new beginner or a long-time yogi, your professional instructor will give you a fun and thorough lesson to teach you everything you need to know and keep you safe.
The beginning of your lesson is dedicated to learning how to properly use a paddleboard and peacefully paddle around the water. Once you’ve found your balance, you will drop the paddleboard’s anchor so that you don’t drift away while focusing on your practice.
As you move through a Vinyasa Yoga flow with customized and detailed instructions, let the beauty and harmony of nature expand and deepen your yoga practice. Find true balance during this lesson as you absorb your surroundings.
Whether you’re in downward dog or standing tall in tree pose, you’ll be treated to one-of-a-kind experience!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!Year-Round:

What To Wear
What will the instructor provide?
Your instructor will provide expert stand-up paddeboarding and yoga instruction as well as all gear and equipment.
What is the age requirement?
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Do I need experience?
No! This lesson is for all skill levels.
Is this experience handicapped accessible?
Yes!
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring sunscreen, water, and snacks if desired.
